WHAT IS THE BEST K-POP SONG?

We already had big releases in K-POP music in 2023, and Dabeme POP wants to know, what is the best K-POP song released in 2023 so far?

BamBam – Sour & Sweet

“Sour & Sweet” is the first full-length album by BamBam. It was released on March 28, 2023 with “Sour & Sweet” serving as the album’s title track.

The physical album comes in two versions: Sour and Sweet.

JIMIN – Like Crazy

“Like Crazy” is a song by Jimin. It was released on March 24, 2023. It serves as the title track and appears as the third track from his debut solo album FACE.

Like Crazy is a synth pop genre, and it is a song that contrasts Jimin’s mournful tone with strong synth and drum sounds.
Jimin was inspired by the movie ‘Like Crazy’, which he usually likes, and participated in composing the song. As in the movie, it is a song about the loss and pain after a breakup, and the emotions of the moment when you turn away from reality and escape to forget the wound.

JISOO – FLOWER

“Flower” is the debut solo single by South Korean singer and Blackpink member Jisoo. It was released on March 31, 2023, by YG and Interscope as the lead single from her debut single album, Me. It is a mid-tempo dance, pop and trap song that incorporates traditional Korean melodies and Caribbean elements, with lyrics about overcoming a toxic relationship. It was written by Vince, Teddy, Kush, and VVN and composed by the latter two alongside 24, who also handled the production.

KAI – Rover

“Rover” is a song recorded by South Korean singer Kai for his third extended play of the same name. It was released as the EP’s lead single by SM Entertainment on March 13, 2023.
