Alamat is a Filipino boy group formed in 2020 by Viva Artist Agency and Ninuno Media. The group consists of six members: Taneo, Mo, Jao, Tomas, R-Ji and Alas. Originally a nine-piece ensemble, Kin departed the group in late March 2021 due to personal reasons, followed by Valfer and Gami, who also left in late March 2022. Formed through PWEDE: The National Boyband Search, the group distinguishes itself as a multilingual and multiethnic boy band that sings in seven Philippine languages: Tagalog, Ilocano, Kapampangan, Cebuano, Hiligaynon, Bikolano, and Waray-Waray. After training for nine months, the group debuted on February 14, 2021, with their first single, “kbye.” Alamat currently holds the distinction of being the second P-pop group to make it on Billboard chart and the fastest-rising Pinoy act on the Billboard Next Big Sound chart, debuting at #2.

Bini is a Filipino girl group under ABS-CBN’s Star Magic that is formed through Star Hunt Academy (SHA), and is composed of eight members: Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena. The group’s pre-debut single “Da Coconut Nut” was released on November 20, 2020. BINI officially debuted on June 11, 2021, with their debut single “Born to Win”.

BGYO is a five-member Filipino boy band formed in 2018 by ABS-CBN Star Hunt Academy. The group debuted in 2021 under ABS-CBN’s talent management arm, Star Magic. Dubbed as the Aces of P-pop, composed of Akira, Gelo, JL, Mikki, and Nate, the quintet co-writes several of their output and considers their Filipino roots as one of their assets, as evident in their music, songwriting and style. Their lyrics often focus on social issues relevant to the young generation, hope, youth empowerment and self-love.

After debuting in 2021 with their single The Light, BGYO released the original soundtrack He’s Into Her which led to the group’s first major recognition for the “Best Theme Song or Title Theme” at the 2021 Asian Academy Creative Awards; also made them the fifth Filipino artist to appear on the weekly Billboard Next Big Sound chart, debuted at number 2 and went straight to number 1 for two consecutive weeks upon the released of their sophomore single The Baddest; the first Filipino act to do so. The group’s multi-lingual studio album The Light has achieved the sought after feat of being the longest consecutive charting album by a Filipino act to stay at number one on iTunes Philippines of all time. In 2022, upon the release of their second album Be Us, the group delivered an extraordinary feat of having 2 albums and 32 tracks on iTunes Philippines Charts at the same time.

MNL48 is a Filipino idol girl group based in Manila, Philippines. Formed in 2018, they are the fourth international sister group of AKB48, after Indonesia’s JKT48, China’s SNH48 (former), and Thailand’s BNK48. The group is named after Manila, the capital of the Philippines. MNL48 is the only AKB48 sister group that debuted with exactly 48 members on its First Generation.

Dubbed as “P-Pop (idol) Pioneers”, MNL48 paved the way to the new era of Philippine pop idol industry and is known within the 48 Group as “Vocal Queens” for their singing ability.

SB19 is a Filipino boy band formed in 2016. The band consists of Pablo, Stell, Ken, Justin, and Josh. With noticeable K-pop influences, SB19 is regarded as a leading act in contemporary Pinoy pop.

After several years as trainees under ShowBT Philippines, SB19 debuted in 2018 with the single “Tilaluha”. They saw little attention until their dance practice video for their song “Go Up” went viral in late 2019, leading them to strategically use social media to gain popularity. They became the first Southeast Asian act to be nominated on the Billboard Music Awards, and the first Southeast Asian act to make an appearance in the top 10 of the Billboard Social 50. SB19 promotes its music as part of Pinoy pop, a popular sub-genre of Original Pilipino Music.

SB19 is now a self-managed group under 1Z Entertainment, a company built and managed by the members of SB19.
